What is Vendor Certification?

Vendor certification is an initiative at Mountain States Health Alliance that will require all vendors to become "certified" to do business with Mountain States.

How do I begin this process?

The first step in becoming a certified vendor with MSHA is to complete the provided vendor questionnaire.
It is mandatory that all questions on the questionnaire be answered.

Please read instructions carefully as you proceed through the process.
  1. Has your company been certified?

    Please select your company from the drop-down list and click the "Register a New Sales Representative" button.
    If you cannot find your company in the list, please go to 2.  Register a New Company.

    If you could not locate your company in the drop-down box above, click the "Start a New Corporate Certification" button below.
